We offer flat-rate shipping on orders over a certain amount. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us at contact@cinnamonandcinder.au within 48 hours of receiving your package. Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe and appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us at contact@cinnamonandcinder.au. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you in finding a resolution. If we confirm that your order is lost, we will offer a refund or replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
